[Discretespring12] Office hours

Hi all,

This email is about office hours for our Discrete Math class for the
next three weeks.

As you may know, Warren Weaver hall (the Courant building) was closed
today for flooding and will mostly be out of commission tomorrow as
well.

Further, as I announced in class, I will be away starting tomorrow night
through Sunday March 4. Classes will continue as scheduled. I've found
top-notch substitutes that will be teaching the class while I'm gone.

If you need help tomorrow or while I'm gone, follow these steps:

1) If you think your issue can be resolved via public email, please ask a
question on the class mailing list. This allows both your classmates and
me to answer you, so on average this will be the quickest way to get a
reply.

2) If required (e.g. for non-subject-related matters), you may obviously
email me directly.

3) If you'd like to talk to me directly, send me an email, and we can
set up an appointment for a Skype call. You can reach me under the Skype
name 'KloecknerOfficeHours'. To the extent possible (and definitely
tomorrow), I'll also be available there during regular office
hours. Unfortunately, I can't promise that will be the case while I'm on
the road, hence the need for appointments.

4) If you need to talk to someone in NYC in person right away, please email 
Nick Moore <moore at cims.nyu.edu> or Matt Elsey <melsey at cims.nyu.edu> who
will be teaching our section while I'm gone.
