[Hedge] setting boundary conditions - boundary tagger function?

good evening,

I'm wondering about how to specify the boundary conditions for a 2D mesh.
Reading through one of the example .py files, i see things like
boundary_tagger and some descriptive words like in flow and outflow but I
can't quite find out where the specific boundary conditions are defined and
assigned to the various parts of the mesh. The documentation and wiki I
tried reading weren't clear enough so I'm a bit confused. Should I be
looking in the "main" file, or the __init__.py operator files for these
definitions?
