I've excluded islpy from the default build. I'm guessing you were
missing gmp development headers. Eventually, islpy will become part of
the default build (without the gmp dependency, though, so it should be
fine). For now, you're entirely fine without it.

That must be related to an old version of pymbolic. Can you recheck
where it came from?
