[PyCUDA] Problem installing boost in Snow Leopard and EPD

This definitively worked! Wow, hopefully you can update the
documentation because this changes everything!

I'm starting with the tutorial and hopefully soon will be able to
contribute to your project. Thanks for all your work. Also thanks to
