Can you check which packages exactly depend on setuptools in yum? (Are
you on Redhat? Fedora? CentOS?)

Which packages are reported as missing? A simple "pip install
package_name" might be enough to bring them in. (Or "easy_install
package_name", depending on what you prefer.)
