This indicates you're using an outdated (ie. non-updated git) version of 
PyOpenCL. (If you have "ez_setup.py", it's old.) If you're currently using a 
tarball release of PyOpenCL: Wait for Python 2.6.4 or use git. Py2.6.3 is 
considered broken, 2.6.4 is in the works. If you're using a git checkout: do 
git pull, rm build -Rf, retry.
