[PyOpenCL] Install failure with AMD APP 2.5

thanks.  will do that (actually, i switched to intel since i am currently
testg on cpu and that is fine).

in case it wasn't clear, it is installed in the standard location which, on
linux, has changed to /opt.  so in the future you might also want to support
auto-detetcing there.
