Thanks to your hints, I managed to produce a mesh with multiple holes (by
adding a point to the `set_holes()` method for each hole I inserted).
However, I still didn't figure out why the argument of `set_holes()` is a
"special" point. In fact, in the example file I quoted before, such a point
is the center of the hole, while in my code I used a point that belongs to
the boundary of the hole.
