CL doesn't provide a default way of doing this (AFAIK). You can
improvise and write to a flag value (from a different command queue) and
periodically check that flag in your kernels... although I'm pretty sure
that's exactly *not* what you wanted to hear.
Yeah I did think of that but it is not a very elegant solution. Guess
currently that's the only possible solution so I'll probably have to settle
