As far as I can see this CL_DEVICE_WARP_SIZE_NV macro must be defined in
some proprietary NVidia extension that has not made its way to the standard
extension header file http://www.khronos.org/registry/cl/api/1.0/cl_ext.h
So I guess that NVidia is providing their own header file in their SDK where
this is defined.
I suggest ignoring it until it becomes part of the standard Khronos
extension header that I referenced above. NVidia (or any other vendor)
should not be shipping extensions without informing Khronos and they know
